How to know if you are a good candidate for the LevelUp Program?: While each individual case merits an evaluation, the succesful candidate has at least 5 years of software engineering experience and has an english level of 3.5/5. Sign up for a free evaluation and tips on how to get there.
Why is the program based on results?: We focus on having aligned incentives. We absorb the risk, and work for and with you. We win when you win.
If you are currently without income, we have a max 10% yearly salary fee.
What roles does LevelUp work with?: Our core expertise is full-stack development, but we also help mobile engineers, devOps and data engineers.
What happens if silver.dev does not get me a better offer?: Nothing! For the win-win program we only collect a fee if we succeed together. We do expect a 3 month commitment to work with the coach to train, prep, interview and execute on opportunities. We want to you to come out more knowledgeable at the end no matter what happens.
What is the baseline for the Win-Win salary increase calculation?: We use your current total cash compensation, your best competing offer or the last applicable salary.
What if I have an existing offer?: Silver.dev would use that as a base reference, and help you get better offers - either through negotiation or generation of new opportunities. We win only if you win.
How do I qualify for the program?: A Silver.dev coach will evaluate your profile and potential to succeed in the program. If you have any doubts apply anyway for a free consultation!
How do you calculate the fee?: The fee is calculated from the baseline salary, and include total cash compensation of the new offer - including sign-on bonus.
What happens if I get a counter-offer at my current position?: Discuss the situation with your coach. For candidates interested in getting an improvement in their current offer, and do so based the coaches negotiation support or the adquisition of offers in the market, the win/win pricing would apply.
How does fee payment work?: A single invoices will be submitted for payment at the 6-month mark for the 100% of the fee. Bank transfer or Crypto will both be available as method of payment. If you wish a different accomodation, please consult your coach.
What happens if I get laid-off before the year ends?: Silver.dev will pro-rata the fee based on your annual income, including severance packages. The fee will be re-adjusted or returned accordingly
What happens if I get a better offer outside of Silver.dev services while engaged?: Offers not attributable to our service are not subject the Silver.dev program. New offers outside the program can be used as the best option on the win/win program, making the Silver.dev fee smaller. We encourage you to interview and get as many offers as possible!
