Silver.dev is an Engineering-led recruiting agency. We focus on startups and salaries between 80 and 200k a year.

Our prospecting engineers are the cream of the crop, and our portfolio includes companies from the best investors and accelerators in the startup market.

We are growing and want a sourcer to join our ranks and help us execute our vision.

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Sourcer to join our results-oriented team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys the challenge of identifying top talent, and is eager to make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven expertise in lead generation – consistently able to research, identify, and engage high-quality technical candidates across multiple channels.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer, with a strong track record of building pipelines for technical roles.

  • Experience sourcing candidates in the $80K–$200K yearly salary range.

  • Advanced English skills (C1 or above) – able to confidently communicate with global candidates and clients.

  • Proficiency with leading sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and similar platforms.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize sourcing outreach and conversion rates.

Nice to Have:

  • Background working independently or as a freelancer, successfully managing client expectations and delivering results.

  • Complementary skills that bring unique value to the team – such as people analytics, interview design, media/content management, or recruitment operations.

  • Creativity in building outreach strategies that convert passive talent into engaged candidates.
